In 1990, Freddy Cobb founded Cobb Office Products, Inc. with his brother, Kevin and his dad, Donald. Although there were tough days and a lot of door-to-door copier selling (out of the back of a van, no less), that family mentality is what kept the business churning.
This priority to hire the best people and foster a family-like atmosphere stuck. Our company has since grown to employ over 120 people from unique and varied backgrounds at seven different locations across Virginia.
What we’ve learned over the years is that in an industry that is constantly shifting, the most important asset to a thriving business is one constant: the employees. Like Freddy always says: “our people come first; everything else is second.”

Over the past 25+ years, we've helped thousands of non-profits and charitable causes through in-kind donations of equipment, time and service. In 2016, we took this commitment to a new level by forming Imprint, our community service initiative which was officially designated a 501(c)(3) in 2016.
