Collect your organization’s information. Things you’ll need: Your organization’s details like your website, and phone number, your address of operations, your executive director’s information, your organization’s federal ID number (for 501(c)(3) organizations only), number of paid employees, a W9 Form, your organization’s founding year, and annual budget.
Fill out the Technology Grant Application. Use the information you collected in step 1 to fill out the first page, then answer a few questions about your organization, so we can get a better idea about your organization’s goals and mission.
After filling out the application, sign the terms and conditions section on the Technology grant document, and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, we’ll contact you in regards to your request!
