A large number of charitable organizations lack the funding to purchase or lease a copier, so they are forced to outsource their print media needs.

This is where Imprint’s Technology Product Grant Program comes into play. For any qualified 501c3 organization, Cobb will donate a black-and-white copier for their in-house printing and copying needs.

A donation such as this may seem insignificant in the face of the challenges charitable organizations in Virginia face, but for the numerous charities that have received a donation of a multi-function copier from Imprint’s Technology Product Grant Program, it makes all the difference in the world.

An in-house copier is a mundane solution for a systemic issue facing most charitable organizations: a lack of budget.

We’re not under the impression that donating a copier to a charity will help end child hunger, or create a space for children to learn in safely, but we do know it can help organizations lower their overhead costs.

It’s a lesson 2020 has readily exemplified; every good action makes a difference, no matter how subtle. When you add together the sum total of those small, good acts, you’re left with a community of empowered organizations ready to help those in need.
