Meet Your Cobb Team: Evan Davis, Business Improvement Specialist

My name is Evan Davis, with Cobb Technologies. I’m a Business Improvement Specialist here, and what that means is I get to connect with customers whether current or prospective clients, and help them problem-solve on their day-to-day, or plan for the future. When connecting with current customers and prospective clients, I keep them up to date on the latest hardware and show them how to use it to increase their efficiencies using products such as Canon, Konica Minolta, and Kyocera. We’re able to create workflows that help our customers save time and money.

Growing up in the Richmond community, I participated in a number of sports - football being one of the main ones - and I had the privilege of playing collegiate athletics. In doing so, I took on many leadership roles, and I think that allows me to approach my customer experience in a very similar way. I like to give the customer a game plan, help create goals together, and then find a way for us to achieve those goals in a time frame that provides 100% satisfaction for them.

Having recently planted our roots here in the Richmond area, my fiancee Elizabeth, and I love to take part in all the great things that Richmond has to offer. Whether we’re walking our dogs on the James River Park System, or meeting up with some friends to drink a beer in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood, there are so many great cultural and artistic things that this city has to offer.
