Meet Your Cobb Team: Kaitlin McDonnell, Hampton Roads Sales Manager

Hi, my name is Kaitlin McDonnell, I am a Sales Manager with Cobb Technologies here in the Hampton Roads region. On a day-to-day basis, I connect with my current clients to provide account reviews as well as to talk to them about their current technology and how we can leverage it to improve their day-to-day processes, as well as talking about new technology initiatives anywhere from document management to managed IT, and voice over IP phones.

I have previous experience working in the medical field, both on the patient care side as well as the administrative side, so I really try to take that experience and leverage it for my clients and have an understanding of what their day-to-day processes are like. I’ve always had a true passion for helping people and being a problem-solver, so when I go into meeting with clients I really like to analyze how their current environment is set up, and ask questions to uncover problems that they don’t know that they may have, and then propose technology that would really help make their businesses a lot more efficient in their day-to-day processes.

I recently got a puppy - he’s a Brittany Spaniel named Theo - so almost all of my free time right now is spent training him as well as going on walks in different parks throughout the area. I also really have a true passion for traveling, I love going on spontaneous trips with my sister. Finally, I am a runner with the North End Run Club.
