Kaitlin McDonnell is a Regional Sales Manager for Cobb’s Hampton Roads offices. Raised in Virginia Beach, Kaitlin joined the Cobb Technologies team in 2017. With seven years of industry experience, she consults clients by discovering their organizational needs and recommending customized solutions for efficiency, security, and profitability. Passionate about empowering her sales team, Kaitlin provides strategic guidance and mentorship to help them achieve outstanding results. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, participating in dog sporting events with her Brittany Spaniel, and cooking.
